In production, with partners that matter.

Bflows runs inside the products and institutions our partners already trust — from regional public finance to supply-chain-finance research.

Flagship · Public sector

A digital twin of a regional economy.

In partnership with Gepafin, Umbria's regional financial institution, Bflows built the platform behind the Regione Umbria economic-financial Digital Twin — launched at Palazzo Donini in March 2026 alongside the Region's president and Gepafin.

It turns e-invoicing and the web of inter-company relationships into a live graph of the regional economy — mapping and interpreting financial dynamics in real time, with predictive scenarios to support public decisions.

The twin is the evolution of a fintech project that let firms net debts and credits multilaterally across the network: the same network-finance engine, now applied to an entire territory.

A first proving ground: healthcare

Mapping the purchase and payment flows of regional health agencies to surface inefficiencies, duplications and fragmentation in procurement — and sharpen the planning of one of the largest lines of public spending.

Presented to Italy's regional financial institutions (ANFIR) and at the CNEL.
